Great Amenities and Fun Activities!

I had a fantastic stay with lots of activities for kids, including a game room with no-cost video games. The pool area was a hit with fun party lights and a big screen that made it easy to relax while the kids enjoyed swimming. The friendly front desk staff really made our experience special, and the free Starbucks coffee was a delightful touch! The only downside was that some of the common areas could have stayed open a bit longer for late-night enjoyment.

Beautiful room, clean room, with lovely decor and amazing dinner at the restaurant that exceeded our expectations during our short stay.

The room felt cramped with limited lighting, lacking adequate storage for clothes aside from the suitcase. Shower cleanliness left much to be desired, with the absence of filled products, and a significant delay in room readiness after check-in dampened the experience following a long journey.

I loved my stay here. The location is close to town and walkable. The rooms are clean and nicely updated. I enjoyed the pool and complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. 😊

my stay at holiday inn was fantastic! the location was great, so close to lake estes and within walking distance to downtown. check-in was a breeze, and the hotel has beautiful renovations with lovely decor. i loved the amazing dinner at the restaurant and appreciated the nice personal touch of the texts i received during my stay.

Loved the game room with big Jenga and air hockey. The fire pits were a blast for s'mores. Rooms had a mini fridge and the beds were comfy. Pools looked fun though we didn't use them. No breakfast, but coffee was on every floor. Restaurant served burgers and local beers, but it got busy.

There are some really great fire pits perfect for cozy evenings and the hotel offers complimentary snacks like s'mores when you check in, making it a nice touch for those summer nights by the fire. We were just a short walk from Lily Lake which is perfect for a peaceful morning stroll surrounded by nature.

Great dinner and clean rooms. Indoor pool loud and annoying at night.

We had a wonderful night in a cozy king room where the bed felt like a cloud and the shower had amazing water pressure. The heated indoor pool was fantastic for relaxation after a long day, and we really enjoyed the peaceful garden area for a morning coffee. The only downside was that the ice machines weren't working, but the staff was quick to help us out! 😊
